Welcome to the Hope Chinese School Online Registration System for Chantilly Campus (HCS-CT), the Internet Home for HCS-CT students, parents, teachers, administrators, and staff.
Our school opens Sunday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm. The 2024 Fall semester is scheduled to start on Sept. 8, 2024, and will conclude on Dec. 15, 2024.
For a new student, you need to create a login ID and password, as well as a family and student profile if you want to register for the classes at our school. If you just want to see the list of classes we offer, please go to the general information page of HCS: About Hope Chinese School Chantilly Campus
After you create a profile, a staff member will review and approve your profile if there is no problem with it. Please note that you will not be able to register for any class before your profile is approved. HCS-CT school administrators will review new profiles received regularly, and you will be notified automatically via email once it is approved. Once you have a valid family account, please logon to see the Class Schedule and register for the appropriate classes you or your children are interested in.
Before you start, please take time to review our school rules and email rules carefully. These are the rules that govern the appropriate use of our services and the online system, and we assume that you agree with the rules when you log in and register for the classes at our school.
2024秋季学期，如果于2024年7月12日之前注册、选课并通过PayPal支付注册费和学费，将享受注册费的早鸟价：每位学生30美元。2024年7月13日起，注册费为每位学生40美元，可通过PayPal或者支票付款。如果您选择支票付款，请将支票（抬头：Hope Chinese School VA Inc, or HCS VA）交给学校值班人或寄往以下地址。
(If you register and complete the payment via PayPal before July 12, 2024, the registration fee will be $30 per student as we offer an early bird discount. Starting from July 13, 2024, the registration fee will be $40 per student. Please make the check payable to Hope Chinese School VA Inc or HCS VA, and mail it to the address below):

(To make payment online, please use the "Checkout with PayPal" button on the "My Family" page to ensure a timely update of your registration account status automatically. The PayPal transaction fees are paid by the school. Please note that should any registration be updated or canceled, the corresponding payment made via PayPal is nonrefundable, but can be credited back to the account for future payment use.)
HCS-CT Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Registration Cancellation: If students wish to discontinue their classes after school starts on 09/08/2024, they have the option to withdraw from their classes through the online registration system
before 09/16/2024. If they choose to drop their classes before 09/11/2024, they will be eligible for a full tuition refund, as the school provides a three-day grace period. Between 09/12/2024 and 09/15/2024, the school will issue a 50% refund of the paid tuition, crediting the amount back to the family accounts. Please note that the registration fees are non-refundable. Starting from 09/16/2024, tuition fees will no longer be eligible for a refund.
The deadline date is set to give registration team members enough time to process these requests and allow our teachers to be notified and drop these students from the student lists.
- All refunds will be processed after the registration period closes. HCS-CT will notify parents refund date and procedure via email and/or post refund information on the web.
- A $30.00 Penalty Fee will be charged for each bounced check.

There are no textbooks for Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten. All other textbooks (e.g. math) will need to be purchased by the parents separately, not through HCS. 幼儿班和学前班不需要买课本。其它教材 (比如数学书）需要家长自行购买。
Books can be picked up on Sunday, September 29, 2024 in the school cafeteria from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Payment (cash or check) will be collected at the time of book pickup. No other payment methods will be accepted. 2024年9月29日下午2:00至4:00在学校餐厅取书。现金或支票付款。
